Growing up in Wilmington, NC, I realized at an early age that most people truly desire to live near the coast.  As a result, I made a decision soon after graduating from NC State to get involved in real estate.  Over fifteen years later, I have explored the many coastal communities in the great USA and I haven’t found one better than where I was born.  Early on I worked with investors who were interested in the bottom line and cash flow.  My construction background allowed me to help these individuals assess real estate opportunities and determine their current market value and income potential.

After acquiring several investment properties of our own, my better half and I decided we wanted to enjoy coastal living within walking distance.  At that time, we sold several investment properties in the area and moved to Carolina Beach, NC.   Here we started a family and I realized how real estate does not only create value for investors but also for families, business owners, people working towards retirement, etc. 

I find one of my favorite parts of the profession is helping people figure out what part of the Cape Fear region is best suited for their lifestyle.  Whether it is downtown Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Carolina Beach, or elsewhere, you can’t go wrong.  All of these areas complement each other and make this profession perfect for my family and me.  Call me and I will help you figure out the area and home that will best suit your needs and desires.
